Important Notice
- Applications will only be considered upon payment of registration fee.
Instructions for abstract submission
- Use one of the provided templates (.doc or .odt) for your abstract.
- Abstracts are limited to a single A4 page (including figures and references).
- Submit your abstract in the PDF file format without security restrictions.
- Underline the name of the author that will be presenting.
- All fonts should be embedded in the PDF file.
- Name the PDF file submission as "abstract_(your last name).pdf".
- The PDF file size limit is 10 MB.
